The number of home sales in the North Shore in the 1st quarter of 2023 decreased by 37% as compared to the 1st quarter of 2022. The number of North Shore homes sales in the 3rd quarter of 2019 was up 3% from the 3rd quarter of 2018. Market time was down 7%, and median prices were down 1%.
