We each have over 25 years experience as a real estate brokers and prior to that John worked as an attorney negotiating contracts with a law firm. We have built and/or rehabbed many North Shore homes and have lived nearly our entire lives in this area. Our father owned a North Shore real estate office for many years and had a 50+ year career as a North Shore Broker and Appraiser. We started our careers working with him and gained valuable insights from his experience. In the course of selling over 1000 homes, we have seen all manner of difficult situations arise and have learned how to handle them. This type of experience is invaluable in steering clients successfully through the process.
Loyalty: If there is one characteristic in selecting a Realtor that is even more important than experience, it is loyalty to the client. We place the interests of our clients above all else and work to get the best result possible for them while maintaining the highest ethical standards. We constantly ask ourselves what we would do if we were in our client’s situation and advise accordingly. We feel it is important to explain to our customers all the options available to them in any situation and inform them of the possible benefits and risks each course of action has. By having all the relevant information, clients can make the best decision for themselves.
Dedication & Work Ethic: We love selling real estate and work full time doing it. We will always go the extra mile to get our clients’ homes sold. If there is something that needs to be done that can assist the sale process, we get it done. We do not concern ourselves with whether it is our duty or someone else’s job, if it will help the sale we get it done. If my client needs help lining up contractors, to get the home looking its best, we will help. If a potential buyer needs help getting a loan, we will find them a loan officer they can work with. We personally get involved in finding solutions to any problem that occurs or task that needs to get done.
